Japanese publisher Asmik Ace and developer Cotton Game have announced that Sunset Hills, a visually stunning puzzle adventure game, will soon be available on iOS and Android (and consoles too). While a release date has not yet been confirmed, the game is already available on PC via Steam, where it launched on August 21, featuring two chapters: Doug’s Story: Bread of Memories and Ferruccio’s Story: Stage of Dreams.
What is this game about? Well, Sunset Hills invites players into a beautifully crafted storybook world where they can solve mysteries while exploring heartwarming stories. According to the PR team of the game, it already has over 800,000 global pre-registrations, the game has generated significant anticipation, especially after being highlighted at ChinaJoy 2024.
The game follows the journey of Nico, a novelist and veteran, as he reconnects with old comrades across various cities, I don’t know so much more, but the art looks amazing. The Japanese version of the game will launch on Steam on October 3, and it will also be showcased at the Tokyo Game Show 2024 in the Indie Game Corner. We don’t have links yet, but the Taptap page is live, in japanese.
