Akatsuki Games has officially opened pre-registration for TRIBE NINE, an action-packed 3D RPG set in the dystopian future of Neo Tokyo. Inspired by the TRIBE NINE multimedia franchise—spanning anime, webtoons, and manga—the game invites players to fight for freedom in a world dominated by chaos and the tyrannical control of Zero, a masked man who enforces the Extreme Games (XG) as Neo Tokyo’s law.
Players take on the role of rebellious teens resisting Zero’s regime, exploring 23 cities based on real-world Tokyo locations. Using a combination of Extreme Baseball (XB) techniques and dynamic combat strategies, teams of three characters engage in intense battles to reclaim control of Neo Tokyo. The game boasts a rich cast of over ten unique characters, customizable builds, and a Tension System that enhances gameplay with strategic boosts during battles. Co-op modes and chaotic melee battles add an exciting layer of unpredictability.
Scheduled for release on February 20, 2025, TRIBE NINE is already getting some attention.
