Codename: Cedar, an upcoming real-time tactical game with military themes, has opened its pre-registration for its Beta Test period in China. Developed with a rich blend of sci-fi and historical storytelling, the game places players in the role of a war veteran navigating the conflict-ridden planet Nox. Between Earth’s fractured factions and Nox’s mysterious inhabitants, players must uncover research tied to “EGO,” a power capable of altering the fate of two worlds.
Set against the backdrop of a collapsed interplanetary space race, Codename: Cedar offers a compelling narrative intertwined with innovative gameplay. Players will deploy infantry, tanks, and build strategic positions in dynamic environments while interacting with a diverse cast of characters. The game also boasts a carefully crafted alien setting that combines Nox’s native culture with Earth’s 17th-century charm. Cedar is the first 2D mobile game in China to feature full Russian dubbing.
